Robert (1344-1411) is the second son of Henri IV de Bar (1336-1344) and Yolande de Flandre. Yolande was regent for Edward II (1344-1352) until 1348/9. After the death of Edward II, Robert succeeded him, under the regency of his mother until 1354 or 1355.
