Marie-Thérèse of Savoy was born on January 13, 1756 from the union of Victor-Amédée III, king of Sardinia and Marie-Antoinette of Spain. She married the Comte d'Artois, future Charles X, in 1773. She died on June 2, 1805, neglected by her husband.
