Le motif du revers est très caractéristique ; le denier n° 293 de Bais a ce même motif, mais associé à une croix dans un portique. Notre exemplaire semble donc complètement inédit.

Many Merovingian coins, badly minted, with very poor or inexplicit epigraphy, cannot be attributed to a particular mint. Too rare coins unfortunately have the same problem.
