(1305-1322)

Robert de Dampierre, known as "de Béthune" (1247-1322) was married to Yolande de Bourgogne. He administered the county of Nevers for his minor son Louis I of Flanders (1296-1321). In 1305, after the death of his father, Robert de Dampierre became count of Flanders.
