Perforé SPECIMEN verticalement à droite et surchargé en noir à gauche au recto SPÉCIMEN N°0803. Date : 00-00-0000. Signature non répertoriée, très probablement celle de François Aplogan (voir Kolsky p.102) président de la BCEAO durant trois semaines du 26/11 au 17/12/1963. Seul exemplaire connu. (voir aussi P.003 et P.004).
