XIII, 4.
Feuardent tells us “This large meridian was given to qualify for the largesse instituted by Louis de Croix”. The value of twelve patards corresponds to two-fifths of a daldre, which is a relatively large value. In the Supplement to the Nobility of the Netherlands and the County of Burgundy by Jean-Charles-Joseph De Vegiano, digitized online by Google, we find a Herménégilde - Florent - Louis de Croix, Canon of the Collegiate Church of Saint Pierre in Lille, who is most likely our character. A reference to be seen in the RBN of 1856, pl. XIII, 4
