背面的说明书 Androcéphale à gauche, surmonté d’un aurige stylisé brandissant un fouet et tenant un torque ; sous le cheval, une tête d’Hélios stylisée.

Ce quart de statère est d’un type complètement inédit, à rattacher aux émissions des Diablintes dites “à la Situle” (série 392 du Nouvel Atlas) et “au personnage allongé “ (série 362).
La monnaie DT. 2321 A (un statère) est décrite au revers comme ayant un personnage (...) levant la main (...) dont les cinq doigts sont bien apparentés. Il semblerait que la tête d’Hélios de notre quart de statère pourrait tirer son origine de cette main ? Ce motif est bien représenté sur les monnaies armoricaines et périphériques, en témoignent les monnaies DT. 2002-2004, 3285-3287, 3626-3628 etc...
Il nous a été donné de voir un statère de billon avec un personnage couché ayant une main sur-développée, à moins que ce ne soit un objet qui serait tenu par le personnage couché, ressemblant à cette “tête d’Hélios”....
This quarter stater is of a completely new type, to be linked to the issues of the Diablintes called “with the Situle” (series 392 of the New Atlas) and “with the reclining figure” (series 362). The coin DT. 2321 A (a stater) is described on the reverse as having a figure (...) raising his hand (...) whose five fingers are well related. It would seem that the head of Helios on our quarter stater could have its origin in this hand? This motif is well represented on Armorican and peripheral coins, as evidenced by the DT coins. 2002-2004, 3285-3287, 3626-3628 etc... We were given to see a stater of billon with a reclining figure having an overdeveloped hand, unless it is an object which would be held by the reclining figure, resembling this “head of Helios”...
