Ce rare statère avec la chevelure ornée appartient à la var. 3 de la classe II au personnage allongé. L'exemplaire comparable du Nouvel Atlas (DT. 2322) est celui du musée de Mayenne.
La monnaie est ornée d’un coup de burin au revers comme la plupart des exemplaires connus.

GALLIA - AULERCI DIABLINTES (Area of Jublain)
(2nd - 1st century BC)
The Aulerci are a very large people who are subdivided into three large tribes, including the Aulerci Diablintes who were located to the northwest of the Aulerci Cénomans, in the Mayenne basin. Gold coins are attributed to them, of the Cenoman type but with a particular reverse, as well as weakly represented billon coins, known from surface research and excavations of the late sanctuary of Juvigné..
