背面的说明书 Cheval à droite, de profil parfait, la queue remontant sur le dos ; annelet au-dessus du dos, entre les pattes et sous la bouche.

L'exemplaire illustrant le Nouvel Atlas est de ce même type mais d'une variété différente, sans le globule entre les jambes du cheval. Les provenances connues sont limitées, mais H. Patat propose une attribution aux Bituriges ou aux Séquanes. Le DT 2680 (la dernière monnaie du Tome 2) est classée en "dérivé du type séquane à la grosse tête" ; ce potin était une variété originale en 2004.
