历史细节
CHAMPAGNE - MEAUX AND TROYES - ANONYMOUS
(10th - 11th centuries)
This denier may have been struck under the domination of the house of Blois. Eudes II (1019-1037), grandson of Thibaut le Tricheur and who succeeded Etienne I of Vermandois (993-1019), already owned a large part of Champagne and was also count of Blois and Chartres. His family was one of the most powerful of Frankish feudalism, often in open struggle against the nascent Capetian power..
