20 franc gold medal issued by Jean-Marc Laleta and minted in 50,000 examples, delivered in its original plastic sleeve and accompanied by its certificate. The medal has dents on the cheek and in the field at 4 o'clock on the obverse. These appear to be manufacturing defects. The regular spacing suggests that the machine used to flute the edge fell back in one way or another on the obverse of this medal.
