Loge fondée en 1765. Elle fusionnera en 1848 avec le Centre des Amis puis avec la loge Ecole Equité en 1894 pour devenir les Travailleurs Réunis. Marc Labouret date ce jeton d’avant 1811 compte tenu de la réutilisation de l’avers en 1811 sur un autre jeton de cette même loge.

The compass and the square are very often associated in an ambivalent symbol of balance: fixity and mobility, passive and active, matter and spirit.. The symbolism is sought after, without comparison with the later eras, which were much more conventional, even bland or destitute at the beginning of the 20th century.. Freemasonry had more than a thousand lodges spread over one hundred and thirty departments and more than sixty thousand Brothers.
