A rare coin type, missing from many collections, noted as unpublished in the 1999 Duplessy and illustrated by another example in poorer condition. This one is characterized in particular by a large tie. It was certainly struck using the punch of François Warin filed with the registry of the Cour des monnaies on June 10, 1683 and taken the same day by Antoine Aury, the private engraver of the Paris Mint. Frédéric Droulers, in his 2012 edition, reports only three known examples of this type. According to our research at the National Archives, eight examples were boxed, which gives us a production of approximately 62,056 examples
