背面的说明书 Écu aux armes des hôpitaux de Lyon parti des armes de la ville, d'une Pieta et d'une mère de famille, posé sur un cartouche, couronné et entouré d’une couronne formée de deux palmes.

Exemplaire en argent doré et poinçon corne 1ARGENT. Childebert Ier (495-558) est le troisième fils de Clovis. Il reçut le royaume de Paris et participa à l’assassinat de ses neveux dont il partagea l’héritage avec ses frères Clotaire Ier et Théodoric Ier. Il démembra ensuite le royaume de Bourgogne. Il meurt sans héritier en 558, laissant Clotaire Ier seul roi des Francs.
