Semble de même coin de droit que les exemplaires du trésor de Meydancikkale (Gülnar 2, n° 2459-2460, pl. 70). Il faut remarquer que sur notre exemplaire, les jambes de Zeus au revers sont parallèles encore très proche des tétradrachmes au nom et au type d’Alexandre frappées entre 325 et 320 avant J.-C.
Seems to have the same obverse die as the examples from the Meydancikkale treasure (Gülnar 2, no. 2459-2460, pl. 70). It should be noted that on our example, the legs of Zeus on the reverse are parallel, still very close to the tetradrachms with the name and type of Alexander struck between 325 and 320 BC.

Coinage in the name of Philipp III and Alexander type
Philip, son of Philip II and the half-brother of Alexander, was not entirely in his right mind. On the death of the conqueror and faced with the lack of power, in order to maintain the fiction of the unity of the Empire, he was proclaimed king, but in fact he had no power. He was assassinated at the instigation of Olympias, Alexander's mother, in 316 BC.
