Si le pentalpha est traditionnellement classé à la Touraine, il y est associé a un gros globule dans un grènetis. Cet exemplaire avec un pentalpha présente un revers différent, plutôt utilisé à Chalons-sur-Saône !
S’agit-il d’un “hybride” frappé avec deux coins destinés à deux ateliers différents ? Ou plus vraisemblablement d’un nouveau type de denier, qui reste à attribuer ?.
