Non seulement ce type est de toute rareté mais il semble que les exemplaires connus sortent tous de la même bourse et sont tous dans le même état. En effet, l’exemplaire que nous avons vendu dans JETONS 13, voir fiche fjt_09820 , était exactement dans le même étant et présentait les mêmes défauts. Portant, ce n’était pas cet exemplaire.

MINES AND FORGES
The numismatics of the mines was the subject of a study by Jules Florange in 1904. The latter listed the numismatic material relating to the mines: medals, tokens of attendance, tokens of necessity or fiduciary coins, tokens of the superintendents of the mines. Another remarkable work is the work of the Association of Coin Collectors in 1999.
