Très beau triens sur un flan un peu court mais régulier. Droit avec les légendes complètes mais revers un peu court avec une faiblesse de frappe

Si la légende PARISIS A permet de proposer une attribution à Paris, il est intéressant de noter qu’aucun des triens recensés pour Paris n’a ce type de légende courte au droit !
D’un style très dégénéré, la tête est extrêmement simplifiée (avec le A final dont il est possible de se demander s’il appartient à la légende ou au portrait). Aucune des monnaies du Belfort ou du Moneta ne regroupe ces caractéristiques.
Le centrage du revers sur un flan un peu court ne permet pas de faire coïncide le nom de monétaire avec la liste des monétaires recensés pour Paris.

In a very degenerate style, the head is extremely simplified (with the final A which one might wonder if it belongs to the legend or the portrait). The Merovingian coins of Paris are broken down into royal, palatine, palatine school, tax, monetary and denarius gold coins. The so-called beaded appendage type constitutes a group copying the Orleans triens minted from the end of the 6th century. This type owes its name to the growth placed behind the head of the law and which consists of two lines and a row of pearls. This type spread in the West and even in the Paris region.
