Pièce commémorative circulante frappée à l’occasion des célébrations des 60 ans de la fin de la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. À l’avers figure un portrait de la reine Beatrix et au revers la valeur faciale 5 et le mot “VREDE” qui signifie paix.
On retrouve sur cette pièce le symbole du programme des émissions communes à plusieurs états-membres “EUROPA”. Pour 2005 le thème retenu par le Programme des émissions communes est la Paix en Europe, 60 ans après la fin de la Seconde Guerre Mondiale en 1945..
Circulating commemorative coin minted to mark the 60th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. The obverse features a portrait of Queen Beatrix, and the reverse features the face value 5 and the word “VREDE,” meaning peace.
