Poids très lourd. Avec l’intégralité de son argenture superficielle. Rubans de type 3. Ptéryges à peine visibles sous le paludamentum. Semble beaucoup plus rare que ne le laissent supposer les ouvrages généraux. P.-F. Jacquier dans son Katalog 32, n° 455 proposait un exemplaire à 500 €.

Postume seizes the purple by eliminating Salonin, son of Gallien, of whom he had custody. He reigns over Gaul, Brittany and Spain. Did Postume toy with the idea of conquering the Roman Empire? Gallien, twice, will try to reconquer the "pars occidentalis" of the Empire, without success. Postume will remain in power for nine years, before perishing assassinated for having refused the sack of Mainz, a city which supported Lélien.
