Très beau portrait sur un flan très large, et complet des deux côtés avec une jolie patine grise qui recouvre l’ensemble de l’exemplaire. Minuscule paille de métal devant la bouche. Flan légèrement irrégulier

The attribution of the Punic imitations of the Syracusan coinage to Cephaloedium is not certain because Selinunte and Panorme, among other towns in Sicily, also attract attention. According to some authors, these tetradrachms were only minted between 409 and 396 BC. After this date, Hieron of Syracuse took over these cities from the Carthaginians.
