BRITTANY - DUCHY OF BRITTANY - JOHN V

(1399-1442)

Jean V (1389-1442) succeeded his father at the age of 10 while Philippe le Hardi was declared regent of the duchy. Major in 1404, John pays homage to Charles VI.
