Portrait de très bon style. Rubans convergents : rubans descendant verticalement le long de la nuque (type 3). Le diadème se termine par un bijou avec un cabochon rond. Les ptéryges sont visibles sous le paludamentum. Fibule d’attache sur l’épaule avec deux pendants. L’épigraphie des lettres est légèrement stylisée. Au revers, nous avons une haste renversée et Rome est assise sur un siège ressemblant à un banc. Nous n’avons pas relevé d’identité de coin pertinente.
Portrait in very good style. Converging ribbons: ribbons descending vertically along the nape of the neck (type 3). The diadem ends with a jewel with a round cabochon. The pteryges are visible under the paludamentum. Attachment fibula on the shoulder with two pendants. The epigraphy of the letters is slightly stylized. On the reverse, we have an inverted spear and Roma is seated on a seat resembling a bench. We have not noted any relevant die identity

CONSTANTINE III
(407- summer 411)
Constantine III seizes power in England in 407 and goes to Gaul to try to stem the wave of barbarian invasions. Trèves was taken on December 31, 406, and in 408 he conquered Spain. At the beginning of his reign, with four Gs on the reverse of the coins, he recognized four augusts: Arcadius, Honorius, Theodosius II and himself. The years 408-411 are among the darkest in the history of Gaul and the West. In 411, we have seven augusts: Honorius and Theodosius II, Constantine III and Constans, Maximus, Attalus and Jovin. Constantine III, after being betrayed by his Spanish general Gerontius is besieged by Constantius, taken prisoner, sent to Honorius and executed.
