Ce exemplaire reste indéterminé, avec des types originaux et des légendes dégénérées. Il est hypothétiquement possible de rapprocher la légende de droit avec le triens B. 4686 (non illustré dans le Belfort), avec VELECASSINO pour le Pagus VELCASSINVS ; ce triens a été publié par Gervais dans les Mémoires de la Société des Antiquaires de Normandie puis par Duchalais dans la Revue Numismatique en 1846..
