Ce bronze correspond exactement au LT. 7137, qui a été ignoré dans le Nouvel Atlas. Il est très rare et manque à la plupart des publications consultées, mais c’est pourtant le cinquième que nous proposons après le n° 832 de MONNAIES 32, le bga_189867, le bga_238319 et le bga_260764. Cet exemplaire est de loin le plus beau que nous ayons proposé ; il permet de voir le petit motif en forme d’os (?) devant le nez, et les deux petits annelets à 12 et 6 heures au droit.
Il semble que les monnaies LT. 7134 et 7137 doivent être rassemblées dans une même série. Si les auteurs du Nouvel Atlas reprennent deux exemplaires LT. 7134, ils n'ont pas retenu le bronze LT. 7137. G. Depeyrot fait également l'amalgame en listant onze exemplaires variés sous la même référence.

The Parisii were a small but powerful people whose oppidum was Lutèce. Related to the Sénons, the Parisii and the city would have emancipated themselves from their tutelage, relatively late, after the Arverne defeat of 121 BC. The wealth of the Parisii rested on the river control of the Seine and the confluences with the Marne, Bièvre, Ourcq and Oise. César chooses Lutèce, in 53 before J. - C. to convene the assembly of the Gallic peoples. The Parisii were among the first to answer the call of Vercingetorix, the following year, in 52 BC, and they provided a contingent of eight thousand men for the relief army. Watched over by Labienus, friend and legate of Caesar, the territory of the Parisii was the scene of the last battles between Gauls and Romans. Eventually, the Aulercan chief Camulogenes was defeated and killed near Lutetia. Caesar (BG. VI, 3; VII, 4, 34, 57, 75). Kruta: 36, 40 46, 68, 365, 368.
