Bel exemplaire frappé sur un flan large, mais un peu irrégulier. Droit avec un très beau visage. Revers un peu mou au niveau de l’exergue. Patine marron, lisse brillante et régulière

La main coupée se retrouve en cantonnement de certaines monnaies dites "à la croix" mais aussi sur les statères attribués aux Pictons ; sur cet exemplaire elle est hors flan, devant le visage.

The coinage of Kastilo was very important and lasted until the Augustan period. We have a kind of monetary system with aces, semis and quadrans. The location of this workshop is given in Calzona Linares in the province of Jaén. The toponym is written in Iberian characters.
