Ce type, très connu et apprécié des collectionneurs fut frappé entre 1908 et 1929 pour les ateliers de Philadelphie, Denver (depuis 1908), La Nouvelle-Orléans qui ferme en 1909 et San-Francisco. En fait la pièce fut fabriquée jusqu'en 1916 et ensuite, seulement en 1929.

George Washington (1732-1799) is elected the first president of the United States. He wrote the Constitution of 1787. Presidents John Adams (1797-1801), Jefferson (1801-1809), Madison (1809-1817) and Monroe (1817-1825) allowed the first thirteen states to organize and train in the Union of new members: Vermont in 1791, Kentucky in 1792, Tennessee in 1796, Ohio in 1803 without forgetting Louisiana which Bonaparte sold for 15 million dollars. The second war with England (1812-1814) led to the Treaty of Ghent (1814). Florida enters the Union in 1819. The United States extends towards the South and will face the Mexicans.
