Cet exemplaire de poids léger ne semble pas être fourré, mais son métal est très fortement cristallisé. Le I de SOLIMA et la lèvre supérieure, au droit, sont reliés par une cassure de coin.

(2nd - 1st century BC)
The Leuques are mentioned only once in the Gallic Wars. Their neighbors were the Médiomatriques, the Lingons and the Séquanes. The Leuques as well as the Séquanes and the Lingones provided Caesar with wheat when the Roman army stopped at Vesontio (Besançon) to refuel before facing the Germans of Ariovistus (58 BC).
